Per day of up to 8 hours (10:00am – 6:00pm).
Reading, preliminary conferences and preparation.
Cancellations. If a mediation is cancelled or postponed less than 5 working days before the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of $4,000 + GST may be imposed.
Disbursements. All travel (including airfares, transfers, taxis and meals) and accommodation expenses are charged at cost.
